The Method 709 HD Matte Black wheel solves this problem by integrating Method’s patented Bead Grip® technology to hold tire beads firm at low pressures without the maintenance, weight, or street-legality issues of a true beadlock. Engineered with ultra-heavy-duty load capacities, this wheel handles high payloads on fully outfitted overland builds while delivering trail-tested structural strength.

Bead Grip® Technology: Patented grooves on the inner and outer bead seats, paired with an aggressive safety hump, physically engage the tire bead to prevent debeading during severe side loads at lower air pressures.
Heavy-Duty Load Capacity: Built to support substantial payloads with a 3,310 lb load rating, making it ideal for fully armored 4x4s, truck campers, and heavy gear haulers.
Race-Proven Inner Lip: Features a reinforced, extra-thick inner lip derived from Method's off-road race wheels to resist denting and cracking from hard rock impacts.
Modular Lip Protection: Equipped with replaceable 12-point lip bolts and designed to accept optional Forged Impact Rings to deflect rock damage away from the main rim structure.
