Over time, the internal seals and mounting bushings degrade, leading to steering wander and rack failure. This Toyo-Steering conversion kit allows you to adapt the significantly more robust 2007-2021 Tundra steering rack to your Tacoma, providing a mechanical advantage and structural rigidity that the stock unit simply cannot match.

Increased Rack Diameter: Transitions your steering system to the larger internal rack bar and piston found in full-size Tundra trucks, significantly increasing resistance to internal bending.

Custom Hydraulic Solution: Features vehicle-specific, high-pressure braided lines designed to mate the Tundra rack ports to the Tacoma’s factory power steering pump without kinking or flow restriction.

- Fitment: 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma (2nd Gen)
- Chassis Compatibility: 4WD and PreRunner models only.
- The A-arm length "+x.xx" option is only for aftermarket long travel A-arms that extend track width. A 3” lift alone does not require this option. Choose stock length if you’re on factory or mid-travel arms.
- The shortened rack cannot be threaded to M24x1.5 (GX460, 2GFJ, 5G4R) alternative options for tie rods are available.
  The Tundra Outer Tie Rods have a different taper than the stock Tacoma. The stock spindle needs to be reamed out with a 1:10 taper. We can service your spindles or you can purchase a reamed spindle from us.
- Required Component: Requires a 2007-2021 Tundra Steering Rack (OEM Part #44250-0C160 or equivalent). Rack core not included.
