Outgear designed this bumper to match their rear popular rear HC Tube Bumpers.
The idea was to apply features of all types of off-road scenarios. We wanted something simple, stout, lightweight, and ability to winch/recovery if needed. We are absolutely excited to bring this one to market.
Construction:
1.750" DOM .120" round tubing throughout
.250" HRPO Steel winch deck, that is formed one piece - from factory mounting to outer tangent of the tube (we are playing with the idea of removing the winch deck option for guys that want something even lighter) 11G HRPO top plates for cosmetics. 11G Slotted section to house your favorite lights
Bumpers ship bare metal and can be powder coated upon arrival (to avoid damage).
Features:
High and tight to the body, tube is following contours of the body, middle section has a subtle roll to contour the front fascia.
Ability to house a 10.5K winch - Will have to relocate module to side as shown on photos
Recessed recovery mounting D rings
