Steep approach angles and tight switchbacks leave factory front bumpers vulnerable to trail damage and hang-ups. We engineered the O2 Fabrication High Clearance Front Bumper in-house to solve that front-end clearance problem without compromising recovery strength or loading down your front suspension. By blending aggressive pre-runner styling with functional protection, this bumper keeps critical components guarded while opening up clear lines for your tires on technical climbs.

Key Features

• Maximized Approach Angle: 3D-scanned and CAD-modeled to hug the grille and body lines, giving you maximum front tire exposure and clearance where standard bumpers drag.
• Low-Profile Winch Mount: Built to fit the low-profile ARB Winch (ARW100SA) pulled tight to the frame, paired with large access cutouts alongside the skid plate for hassle-free clutch and spool operation. Most low-profile winches should also fit.
• Serviceable Pre-Runner Protection: The removable, tapered 3/16” steel skid plate deflects trail debris and provides clean underside transition lines. Dropping the skid gives you direct access to the winch mounting bolts without having to pull the entire bumper off the truck.
• Integrated Recovery Points: Heavy-duty front bumper horns serve as, soft shackle compatible, recovery points with a pre-runner style.
• Rigid Grille Support: Includes our custom grille reinforcement bracket, keeping body panels and the front grille securely supported even with the winch tucked deep into the front fascia.
• Flexible Light Mounting: Integrated mounting slots provide flexible mounting options for your favourite light pods in the open space in the side wings.
• Weight-Conscious Design: Coming in at approximately 88lbs, the bumper lives up to the pre runner styling by keeping weight low and maximizing your suspension's performance.
